UNESCO Cairo Office extends its congratulations to Ibrahim Fathy El- Sayed Saba, 6 years and 3 days old who was awarded his ICDL from Scientific Computer Center (Mansoura University), Egypt- Mansoura. Ibrahim is the youngest boy to get the ICDL.Congratulations and all our best wishes for further success.
